2 days off isn't long enough to recover

OSH doesn't count the first 12 hrs of our time off as "recovery"
Benefits of 24/72/48/72

OSH states 3 days off is the optimal time off to come back to work rested. ​

4th day off adds diminishing returns​

Therefore we should try to maximize how many 3 days we get​
